All payments are securely processed through Paddle. By purchasing, you agree to their terms.
- Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled
- Billing occurs in advance on a recurring basis
- Users are responsible for applicable taxes
- Pricing may change for future billing cycles
5. Refunds
Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy. By purchasing a subscription, you agree to that policy.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service to generate illegal, harmful, abusive, or infringing content. Violations may result in immediate account suspension or termination.
7. User Content and AI Outputs
You retain ownership of your inputs and generated outputs. However, you grant GenovaX a limited license to process your content to provide and improve the Service.
Due to the nature of AI, outputs may not be unique and may resemble content generated for other users.

All platform technology, branding, and systems are owned by GenovaX or its licensors. You may not copy, distribute, or exploit the Service without permission.
